Reverend Fernando Carvajal passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2016.

Visitation will be Tuesday May 10, 2016 at La Iglesia De Dios Aposento Alto 1357 N California Chicago, Illinois 60622. Family and friends are welcome for a visitation from 5:00PM -7:00PM. A service will take place from 7:00PM to 9:00PM.

On Wednesday May 11, 2016 a Funeral service will begin at 10AM at La Iglesia De Dios Aposento Alto followed by burial at Mt. Auburn Memorial Park Cemetery (4101 S Oak Park in Stickney, IL)
