Visitation is scheduled for Mrs. Consuelo Moreno on Tuesday December 19, 2017 from 3pm to 8pm at ST. PAULS CATHOLIC PARISH ( 2127 W 22nd Pl in Chicago,IL).
The following day, friends and family to meet on Wednesday December 20 , 2017 at 10am at St. Paul's Catholic Parish for her funeral mass and then after mass a procession will lead us to her final resting place at Mount Auburn Cemetery in Stickney, IL
